Our award-winning 4-day symposium focuses on one of Austen’s works each summer. The Jane Austen Summer Program is designed to appeal to anyone with a passion for all things Austen. Attendees include people from all walks of life, as well as established scholars, high school teachers, and students from middle school through graduate school. Our 2020 program will center on Jane Austen’s letters and Claire Tomalin’s biography “Jane Austen: A Life.” Find our tentative schedule here. We’ve also got a list of recommended readings and films to watch.
