Young and in Love: Jane Austen's Juvenilia-Themed Valentines

Courting couples during Jane Austen's day were familiar with the practice of exchanging valentines, often handmade (not everyone could afford to surprise their true love with a piano, after all! #FrankChurchillissoextra). From her earliest works, Jane Austen has had a fascination with her society and the implications of love and marriage. Her juvenilia is filled with some of the most over-the-top stories in her catalog, inspiring these valentines for you to share with your beloved or BFF.
